    網笠栗須(あがさくりす/Agasa Kurisu) is heroine’s name. Seems original uploader didn’t understand that, and tried to translate to strange words (maybe with poor website or software).
    Btw, the name 網笠栗須 is a parody of a famous crime writer ‘Agatha Christie(アガサ・クリスティ)’, so I think it’s also right to write the title:
    ‘Mei Tantei Agatha Chris!!’
